I am presently employed by Shell EPE in the capacity of Inventory Analyst for the Well Engineering Dept. whereby I am accountable for ensuring that all related materials are ordered in the correct timescale for the upcoming Well programme within EPE.
As part of this role I am involved in the planning stage of such activities to ensure that all associated long lead items are identified and procured for the Well Engineering works, and to obtain this I am required to liaise closely with the relevant vendors, as well as to feedback any potential material issues.
I effectively liaise with the Well Engineering teams to understand their issues and help develop solutions to improve the efficiency of their operations.
I was formerly employed by Production Services Network onboard the Shearwater Platform in the capacity of Services Team Leader. My direct responsibilities included air and marine logistics co-ordination, as well as organising and prioritising work scopes for the Services Team including Deck and Crane Operations and maintenance routines, Facilities Management and materials procurement amongst others.
