Electrical Engineer for testing and Designing.

-Technical support for Legrand Products. -Programming and Testing Area Controllers. -Take the Measurements for Antennas and PCB Boards. -Measure the Power Consumption for Different Type of Fittings. -Fixing the Faulty Fittings

My Duties in my job

-My main job is Programming Area Controllers. Area Control is a device can make control on all the fittings in the building. My job is to put the serial number and test the following things: - the microprocessor.
- The chips.
- Comms cables ports.
- Emergency light.
- Rf (antenna).

-Legrand (Company) released new product call “G2 slide connect”. After short time they found problem in it. My company gave me this project to solve and to fix it. That what I did, I changed some component and we put it under test 3 months and it gave us a pass result.

-Second project: Modification of two kinds of boards from status to another one by modifying some components in the board. This project took between one and two months to obtain best result like discharge current and voltage, lighting of the tube….

-Third project: there were problem in the antennas; they gave me 12 sorts of antennas to get the best one. The testing was by measuring the range of the antenna in short and long distance (frequency) by using the spectrum analyzer. This project took with me 1.5 months to do this test in different places and in the end now the company uses the antenna, which has the best result.

-Fourth project: Testing the luminance of different Diffuser sheets to get the best possible result. This project took with me 1 month.

-In addition: -Fixing the faulty boards.
-Change the version of some products.
-Some management work.
-Presentation after the finishing of the each Project.
