API 510/570, Welding Inspector

Welding and inspection of static equipments.Process piping,cross country piping.

For the post of an inspection engineer. I am giving my particulars about the tech. & the professional back ground. I passed BE (MECHANICAL) in the year May/June1981. I Passed AWS/CWI, (CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR) course in the year June 2003. Certificate no.03071751, expired on July 2009. I appeared NACE painting &coating course. I Passed NDT Course also, PT, MT, RT (INTERPRETATIONS), LEVELII.UT LEVELI, & ISNT (INDIAN WELDING INSPECTOR COURSE).I passed API 510 EXAM in Dec 2006. API 570, EXAM in June, 2007. Passed internal audit course, & lead auditor course. I attended various safety courses & management skill courses, which required for management skill in job. I worked in Saudi Arabia for 15 years. For Aramco as well as, SABIC projects. I attained shut down job in ARAMCO as well as SABIC.An Inspection of pressure vessels for, (HARDH GOSP-III) project. For SABIC piping projects only. I worked in ABU DHABI for TAKEREER PROJECT. (INTER REFINERIES PIPELINE PROJECT). & Terminal piping (processes piping). (DODSAL PTE LTD, ABU DHABI). As a senior welding inspector. For 16, 12 & 10 inch pipe line, (API 5L, GRADE 65.52 & B) 11.9, 7.9, 6.4mm thk. I joined AIB VINCOTTE OMAN In September 2007.Worked with PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OF OMAN. (OGC, OMAN GAS COMPANY) OXY MUKHAIZNNA PROJECTS.
(HARWEEL CLUSTER PHASE 2 FACILITIES), working as a third party Inspector.
Materials used for this projects are SS (UNS S 31600/31603 (S31683), 6 Mo-UNS S 31254, 625-6625, 625-UNS No. 6625, 825 UNS No.8825

HARWEEL CLUSTER PHASE2 FACILITIES (P D O). Presently working as Third party inspector for this project. Materials using for these projects are, 316/316L, Alloy 625, Alloy 8825 & SA312 UNS31254 (6 Mo) .On daily basis job offer by contractor, review RT films and random spools checking. Sand blasting, surface profile, first coat, second coat, final DFT checking. Witness to PQR, welder qualification, &NDT test, destructive test.
24” GAS PIPE LINE & LOOP LINKES MURAYRAT TO BARKA (OGC)
Working as Client site representative for this project, (CSR).
Materials used for this project, 24” grade65APL, for pipe line & for piping, 16” sch80, 18”sch30, 4”sch40, 2”sch80& 1”sch160, all are A106 Grade. 10”sch30, 6”&4”sch40, 2”sch160, 1”sch160, all are A333, (Low temp.).Welding process used is SMAW & GTAW.Pre Commissioning activity of 24’’ Pipe line, gas gathering station.BVS, Launcher & Receiver. Pre – Commissioning & commissioning of 24’’ gas pipe line.
(Petroleum Development of Oman). Third Party inspector Inspection of in plant Equipment like vessels, new and old piping. UT scans for in service equipments for thickness measurements, vessel, and pipe line process piping
