• Over 9 year’s works experience in construction supervision installation overseas in oil & gas construction industry in the field of pipeline onshore and offshore cross country pipeline and piping project, Refinery project and power plant project.

SKILLS :

• Knowledge of an engineering discipline, Construction activities & Welding Inspection.
• Knowledge able about in preparation ROW, pipe stringing, polypropylene coating, trenching, lowering and backfilling. Horizontal drilling hydro testing,
Pre-commissioning, & commissioning of pipeline, final spool Inspection before piping erection and field welding Inspection punch listing, pneumatic testing.
• Related document maintaining as per standard code and International specification ( API-1104, ASME Sec. IX, ASME 31.3,ANSI B 31.5 , ASME Sec. V, ISO 13847, former USSR Gost & Snip standard ) . cross country pipeline ( oil & gas ) onshore & offshore, refinery project, power plant project,
• Preparing of alignment and cross sectional drawing of cross country pipeline
P&ID, piping layout, piping G.A, Isometric piping, bill of material.
• Knowledge able about welding process e.g. Shielded metal arc welding, Gas metal arc welding, Gas tungsten arc welding, Flux cored arc welding, Submerged arc welding etc.
• Involved in qualification of welding procedure specification including procedure qualification record for carbon steel, stainless steel, low alloy steel, non ferrous material like Inconel, Incloy and their dissimilar combination.
• Witnessing destructive testing
• Welding Inspection handled for mainline, Tie in, Goose neck, well, joint coating, holiday Inspection, coil, power boiler, piping etc.
• Well aware with ISO, GAD & P&ID and welding operation on different material. Having we experience in fabrication, erection. Well conversant with ASME 31.3 and API-1104.

Diploma mechanical 3 years

Level II RT,PT,VT,MPI

• Advice on welding process selection for fabrication.
• Training of automatic gas tungsten welding ( Orbital gold track hot wire & narrow groove).
