-As a pioneer for technician to set up machine at new plant at Taman Teknologi,Skudai,Johor.Going to Limavady,Ireland training for 1 month. -As a lead technician for aluminium Department. -As a training coordinator for all technician.

Joined as a pioneer for technician to set up machine at new plant at Taman Teknologi,Skudai,Johor.Set up secondhand wash machine with vendor till running and handover to production.Qualify machine before handover to production.Do preventive maintenance,and maintain machine performance.
As a lead technician for aluminium Department.Cntrol about 8 technicians.Workout with supervisor to arrange manpower and schedule for training to achive multitask technician.
-new task given as a training coordinator for all technician-responsibility to list down all subject or anything that technician need to know base on level skill.Guide them on training and monitor.
-also create a electrical panel purpose for testing tools or offline troubleshooting.also can use for technician's training kit.
-also support technician if there have any major problem.


Installed and setup 16 line 2ndhand SPEEDFAM & SYSTEM SEIKO polishers machine included conveyor,loader and unloader,washer and dryer,middle and output conveyor until handover to production.
-modified programme and mechanical for pitch index middle conveyor.
-set up semitool 2nd hand machine.Changed the control system from PC and electronic cards to Mitsubishi PLC control system.Do overall wiring and pneumatic system,order and fabricate all missing mechanical parts and installed.Troubleshooting and debugging using Mitsubishi PLC.Create the touchscreen programme using software GOT1000 latest version 2.32.
-Modified touchscreen programme for JCS machine that using SKADA system.
-responsible to do preventive maintenance,maintain machine performance,do improvement on machine such as do improvement for machine's PLC programme for safety or better performance.
