Qualified and experienced L&D9DI (A1) Assessor and L&D11 (V1) Internal Verifier plus Supervisory/Trainer/Coach/Co-ordinator/Consultancy experience for Oil & Gas Production and Refining. Both Outside and control room operations. Verification of portfolios at various international locations utilising the following standards: NVQ, IVQ, SVQ, TAFE, OPITO and CITY & GUILDS. . Prepare individual assessments/lesson plans, plus maintaining records for absenteeism, punctuality and behaviour of learners plus assessors, developing and maintaining accurate training records, continued involvement to formulate, invigilate and mark assessment tools, ensuring the candidates/project remained on schedule and according to the current awarding body standards, giving advice, support, encouragement plus inspiration to all candidates, Attending standardisation meetings with client and candidates ensuring best practice is observed/followed, continuous encouragement of safety awareness by ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times ensuring safety of all personnel and equipment, Deliver assigned practical Assessments/Courses to candidates/trainees by conducting either on the job competency based or classroom and workshop lessons plus training to impart knowledge and skills to the standards required by the awarding bodies.
