Wrote successful capital proposals in liaison with the Engineering Department to secure the purchase of Mabroukie Factory Dryer (Ksh. 8m) (2006), Kericho Factory Boiler (Ksh 15m) (2005), Tagabi Factory Battery-operated Fire Engine (Ksh 0.7m) (2004) and Kericho Factory Service Centre (Ksh 0.7m) (2003) and oversaw their full implementation.
Upgraded Kericho factory to A rating in (PQSA) Product Quality and Safety Assurance equivalent to ISO9000 and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) equivalent to ISO14000 and ISO18000 external audits by Unilever Plc in 2002.
Developed and implemented TPM, 5S initiatives, machinery upgrade to PLC controls and planned predictive, detective and preventive maintenance program for all machinery, systems and vehicles in Kericho Business unit that has significantly reduced production down time.
