 Letter of Guarantee Department:

• Represent daily point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on letter of guarantees.
• Receive, record and review applications for letter of guarantees (Bid bond, final and advance payment).
• Process, open and amend letter of guarantees, secure transaction approval, prepare letter of guarantees text within established policy and procedure.
• Check balance, place hold on funds as required, process accounting entries, post general ledger.
• Prepare and advise amendment, liquidation, cancellation or amendment of letter of guarantees (in amounts, purpose, or validity).
• Follows-up expire dates of letter of guarantees and return the originals in case of cancellation.
• • Receive and arrange checks and bills for presentation to the clearinghouse.
• Verify endorsement, validity, and issue receipts.

• Receive, record and verify documents and applications of deposits create and issue CD according to the bank’s criteria and reconcile general ledger account.
• • Reissue CD in case of lost reports, ensure correct and complete documentation of case, make necessary modification on clients account, and print replacement CD.
• • Participate in the preparation of management and regulatory reports and statistics, and follow internal control policies and procedures
