More than 13 years of experience in the field of fabrication and welding of piping,pipeline and structures.

? Inspection and Monitoring of fabrication and welding activities of carbon steel, stainless steel, low temperature carbon steel and DSS piping and pipelines as per approved WPS at Fabrication shop and field for Oil and Gas gathering station, Gas plant and Refinery. Hook up piping and flow lines for oil wells. Tubular structures, deck, skid and deck extension for offshore platforms.
? Review of method statement, procedures and ITP.
? Review and witness of PQR and WPS.
? Qualification and witnessing of welder performance test as per WPS and appropriate welding code.
? Witness of Destructive and non-destructive testing of test coupon.
? Inspection and Verification of materials like pipes, flanges, valves, fittings, bends and special Supports with valid test certificates and as per ASTM and API 5L standard.
? Verification of consumables- Electrodes, Filler wires, Gas etc
? Random inspection of welding equipments and ovens for electrodes.
? Check for dimension, fit-up, and weld preparation as per WPS.
? Inspection before, during and after Welding in accordance with relevant codes, Standards & Specifications.
? Verify all welding activities are carried out as per approved WPS.
? Preheat, post heat and PWHT as per requirements.
? Review and interpretation of PWHT chart.
? Witnessing and interpretation of NDT activities and NDT requirements as per project specification.
? Line inspection and punch listing of piping installations as per TEST PACK.
? As built requirements as per site condition.
? Witnessing of cleaning, hydro test, pneumatic test, flushing and reinstatement of above and under ground piping.
? Holiday and pin hole inspection of painted spools.
? Review of pressure and temperature charts.
? Review of final Inspection documents (Test Pack) and signing off.
? Conversant with code and standards. ( PDO Specification, ASME II A,B,C, SEC V, SEC IX, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASTM, API1104, API 5L AND AWS D1.1)
? Conversant with WPS and PQR.
? Familiar with different welding processes. (SMAW,GTAW,SAW,GMAW,FCAW)
? Welding of different materials like CS, SS, LAS and DSS.
? Well acquaint with client and third party
