Project Controller/Cost & Engineering Management

A position with a construction/Oil & Gas company which requires skills in field engineering, cost controlling, planning, scheduling, and estimating.

Provides professional advice and expertise and leads the preparation of various contract documentation covering bill of quantity, tender document, commercial bid evaluation, contracts award and contract document

Cost engineering aimed to provide engineering judgment in the application of scientific principles and techniques to problems of cost estimation, cost control, business planning and management science indicating the capital (investments) expenses and operating expenses throughout the life cycle of the project

Project control aimed at determined the cost control key risks in respect to the material market price developments, Price escalation of vendors and subcontractors, Changes in scope of work and Currency exposure while Identifying and assessing the complexity factors of the Project (size, risk areas, contract type, client's control requirements) through a deep analysis of the contract, the commercial budget bids, the execution plan and the risk analysis set out in the proposal phase.

Project engineering that is aimed at supporting of the various engineering projects from conceptual and detailed design stage through fabrication, installation, performance testing and hand-over to operations.
