I do hardware trouble shooting of computer and server also the wireless internet.I been assigned in helpdesk in aramco and closing the remedy ticket in our basket,also I assigned in checmical plant (Sabic) in MIS dept.we fixed the problem by remoting the user using IP add and by phone also visiting the user if hardware problem.The important is to give priority to the user and patience must be apply in this kind of work.
