1- Workover Engineer:
Currently I am workover engineer in my field (Rig Less) POOH & RIH ESP pump assembly, Slick line jobs & RST logs, Fishing jobs by Snubbing unit ore by wire line fishing.
2- Senior Operation Supervisor (From June-2005 up to Jul-2007):
During period June,2004 till Jul.,2007 my position as SOS in Zaafarana field FPSO ( Floating Production storage and oil offloaded).

3- Production Operation Section Head (From July 2007- till new:
My position as Production Operation Section Head in Zaafarana field FPSO ( Floating Production storage and oil offloaded).

Highlights of Work Experience:
My position as Production Section Head, which is Supervisory position, I am filling all production activities, daily morning report, Monthly report, member with monthly safety sub-committee meeting team and weekly operation meeting, Daily and Monthly work schedule, solve any production problems, work a safety officer during safety officer absence, company man during workover for pulling and running ESP pump by Reda crew and RTS logs, Acid job, wells & ESP pump performance, mentoring chemicals bottle test & field test & PPM, PTB test in Lab, doing material requisitions for chemicals & production equipment spare parts.
Processes:

Free water knock out drum, Three phase separator, Electrostatic Dehydrator, Electrostatic Desalter, Three unit of plate heat exchanger, Three booster pumps, Inclined Plate separator, Induced gas flotation unit, Cold vent vertical separator.

Platform:

Three phase test separator , Vertical two phase Surge drum unit, Vertical two phase Vent drum unit, Surge drum pumps, Horizontal two phase drain sump tank, MCC room,
ESP pumps work as new technology (Two cable deployed pumping system), Reda drew work used to pulling and running ESP pump assembly, wells power transformers.

Utilities:

Zaafarana tanker have engine room (Re-boiler, Boiler) to supply the processes with Super heated steam used in Heat exchanger, Instrument air, Diesel Engines, Diesel Power generator, centrifugal compressors, Gas Turbines, Gas and Fire detection and fire fighting equipments, Booster pumps during oil lifting.

Key responsibilities and Major duties.
1- Prepare daily morning report before sending to Cairo office.
2- Prepare monthly report before sending to Cairo at last of month.
3- Prepare production annual report before sending to Office at last of year.
4- Reply all field operation/production question and faxes.
5- Wells workover under my responsibility as a Company man .
6- Supervise staff under my control and to put relevant work programs and to
coordinate in between such programs and to follow up work progress.
7-Follow up processing activates and solving any problems occurred during
operation.
8-Follow up ESP pump performance,
9-Preparing statistics clarifying daily and periodical production rates.
10- Ensure the implementation of the approved production plan according to the
program set-up by the operation function.
11-Attend the daily & periodical meeting with the field manager & other
section heads to discuss the daily assignments & the next day work schedule.
12- Assess in upgrading skills of my staff and new employees and their
performance.
13- Make material requisitions for necessary relevant materials and chemicals
for processing and to follow-up supply.
14- Issue the production safety Permits & ensures that conditions are safe
for work.
15- Observing and monitoring all standard fire fighting and safety procedction
