MANUFACTURING OF PAINTS

Work involves Preparation of Daily Production plan and arrangement of work force.Supervise theProduction of Emulsion, Sealers, Texture, Stucco,Graffiato, Enamels Paints.Prepare batch slip and raw material request.Issuing production slip to warehouse section.Experience in Color Tinting.
To supervise overall production work Decision maker.Report writing skills.Make purchase orders for Paint Raw material. to check daily the Finished goods stock and semi-finish stock.
Solving of trouble shooting problems during production.To rectify the problems in Paint Formulations.
Work involves is Production of Emulsion, Sealers, Texture, Stucco,Enamels,semigloss enamels,varnish,Redoxide primer and grey primer, NC, Twopackpolyurethane, and Epoxy paints. Exp.in Color Tinting and Lab Testing of Paints.

Worked involves Development and Costing of New Paint Formulations.
