Over 10 years of Engineering/ Consulting experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management for Oil & Gas (Onshore), Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemical, Bulk Storage and Handling Systems and Power projects.The responsibilities include Engineering (Basic, Front End and Detailed), Procurement Services, Factory Inspection & Testing, Construction / Commissioning / Start-up assistance, Cost Estimation, Expediting, Co-ordination and Project management.The works done includes the following major activities: Power Distribution Systems for HV, MV and LV systems, emergency power and AC UPS / DC UPS systems- Hazardous area classification system, switchboards & MCCs, AC UPS, DC UPS, lighting etc.- Equipment sizing / design calculations. - Control schematics and protection diagrams. - Substation equipment layout, cable/ conduit layout, cable trench/ tray layout, lighting layout, grounding & lightning protection layout etc.- Cable sizing calculation & selection.- Equipment sizing & selection.- Preparation of bus transfer scheme.- Preparation of material requisitions for electrical equipment such as medium voltage/ low voltage switchgears, transformers, cables, DC/ UPS equipment etc.- Preparation of technical specifications electrical equipment such as generator, transformer, medium/ low voltage switchgears, cables, lighting system, electrical installation etc.- Review/ development of schemes, logic, drawings of protection, control, metering and synchronizing systems.- Vendor interaction, discussion with customers/ consultants.- Cable schedule, cable interconnection/termination and cable routing.- Electrical layouts (grounding and raceway) and material list. - Lighting calculations and layouts (manual)- Layouts for Substation and electrical rooms.- Field engineering.- Equipment Inspection and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing- Vendor drawings review.- Preparation of distribution board/ panel schedules.- Lightning protection.- Coaxial and fibre optic cables/selection- Design and selection of Security And Fire Protection/detection systems, 220v ac/ 110v ac/ 24v dc system batteries/ ups system sizing & scheme for power distribution.- Preparation and selection of hazardous area classification- Understanding and Basic Cathodic Protection design of underground pipes and above ground storage facilities-

- Low Aromatics Distillates plant, involving the Outside and Inside Battery Limits of the LAD plant responsible for the low voltage electrical system,
- Remodel/upgrade of Central Control Room responsible for all electrical facilities,
