Major Inspection for 30MW Gas Turbine and generator from GE at Indorama Petrochemicals Limited.

Did review of datasheets, earthing and sub-station layouts, project specifications and electrical drawings for 90MW power plant expansion project as a part of Value Maximisation Project.

Was involved in the commissioning and testing of 90MW Power Plant expansion project as part of value Maximisation Project of RIL, JG complex (33MMTPA Refinery).

Supervising site activities to ensure adherence to specifications as per ITP (Inspection Test Report & Planning).

Electrical equipments maintenance and troubleshooting by implementing corrective actions for long term solutions.

Was associated with CES-Electrical team for the review of specifications, datasheets and control drawings of Power Electronic systems to be installed in the Jamnagar Export Refinery Project.

Worked with unique systems like Variable Speed Drives (ABB-ACS5000 (2MW), Siemens Master-drives (1.5MW), Sinamics from Siemens (2MW), Ansaldo from Ansaldo Ross Hills (1.2MW VFD), UPS systems (Chloride 500KVA, Gutor 80KVA, MGE 120KVA, Immersion 200KVA).

Done Root Cause Analysis for failures and provided recommendations for variable speed drives, and DC/AC UPS systems.

Well verse with SAP R/3 Materials Management and Plant Maintenance
