Administrative / HR Officer
• Filing of operational documents, assistance to Operations / Human Resources Manager. This includes but not limited to filing the morning reports both electronically and hard copy, IADC reports, electronically filing the monthly operational reports, and organise document transmittal.
• Make travel arrangement for crew change offshore and onshore personnel including the booking of flights and accommodation.
• Handle all employees’ liability and employment related claims.
• Ensure the general welfare of workers.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure authenticity of queried invoices.
• Responsible for employee’s medical examination and request.
• Conduct training for employees and updating employees Training Matrix.
• Update and maintain Well Control manual, movement
• Sheet, duty schedule and on-call-rota.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Radio Operator (Base)
• Communicating with Drilling Rigs in our frequency range or around our rig, communicating with choppers, supply vessels, personnel in the rig.
• General administrative jobs, full participation in safety meetings, and other jobs assigned to do.
• Reconcile personnel on board listing (POB).
• Daily update of crew changes information to offshore OIM.

Roustabout
• General maintenance of Rig equipments, rabbiting of pipes, assistance to other personnel and working with crane operator/deck supervisor.
• Loading and offloading of containers brought to the rig by supply boats, and general assistance in the Rig.

Utility
• Worked in the laundry using the washing machine and dryers, ironing of clothes, collecting laundry bags from each room and returning them to same area on completion of the laundry exercise.
• Offloading/ loading containers of food items brought to the Rig by supply vessels belonging to the catering company, and all other things requested by the catering company.
