E&I workforce peaked at 150 tradesman on a fast track schedule of 7 days a week,12 hours per day for the duration.Scope included all new cables and racking replaced for power and instrumentation, equipment installation testing calibration and loop checking. Main contractor was MEI with S&B Engineers of Houston
