Mechanical Project Engineer

•Reports to the project manager on the maters related to the project management and implementation.
•Interacts closely with the project consultant on the required specifications, schedule and day to day progress of the project.
•Monitors quality of workmanship of the contractors.
•Project implementation in accordance to the required specifications and engineering standard.
•Assist the project manager in the completion of the projects within the budgeted cost, specified time, and specifications.
•Leadership in between contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
•Provision of day to day assistance to the operations group on matters involving plant improvement (air separation plant, Hydrogen plant, Nitrous oxide plant, and Acetylene plant).
•Provides sound information and actively participates in the project feasibility studies, scoping and conceptualization.
•Inventory reports, and stock reports.
