Job responsibilities:
1- My current job in NPC is supervisor and my Experience in Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) using DCS of both YOCOGGAWA, ABB and TAYLOR to get the distillated products in safe and efficient manner such as (LPG, Gasoline, Kerosene, Gas oil, Fuel oil, Asphalt), Chemical Injection Like (Caustic soda, Ammonia, Corrosion Inhibitors, De-emulsifying agent and antifouling agent),also, following up the duties of all equipment like,(Heaters, Fractionating towers, Heat exchangers, Vessels, Pumps, Desalters,Tanks, Instruments).
2- Carry out the start up and shut down for all Distillation Unit .and make test Run for unit such as (Gasoline treatment, LPG treatment and Kerosene
treatment to get jet fuels in April 2003).
3- Carry out the start up and shut down for vacuum Distillation Units (VDU)
and make test Run for ABB DCS for vacuum Distillation units.
4- Make the test run for the new steam boilers (50 t/h at pressure 15 bar at
350 c) from the construction phase to normal running condition.
5- Operate and maintain the water treatment units for boiler feed water to remove all impurities like hardness, salts, dissolved gasees and dissolved solids.
6- Check out all maintenance works for all equipments.
7- Dealing with all safety activities like work permits, fire pass, and personal Protection equipments and others.
8- Following up the operation process and quality control to get all products

Degree : Bachelor of Chemistry (May 2000). Faculty: Science.
University : Zagazig Grade : Good (70.12)
