Projects Operation Support Manager
ADMA-OPCO, Abu Dhabi, (UAE)
Responsibilities:

As Projects operation Support manager to Umm Shaief Asset Unit I was assigned the duties of all major projects , such as
a) Umm Shaif gas injection project (600 mmscfd of gas would be compressed and injected into the reservoir). Project is in the final design phase and long lead delivery items purchasing in place.
b) In field pipe line replacement. (14 pipe lines are planned to be replaced 4 already done.)
c) Decommissioning of 30” MOL, 30 “MGL and 18” cond. Line.
d) Modification of flare system by installation of KOD’s and automatic ignition
e) Stand for the manager during leave /duties.
f) OKGDP Project. This project consists of a new platform a dehydration unit (220 mmscfd) and a new 30’’MGL from ABK field. Commissioned at the end of 2006.
g) Provide support to MUSA in focusing strategic, planning & key issues, to contribute as appropriate towards achieving, through close follow-up, for HSE and production of O&G and injection in line with KPIs targets.
h) Participate closely in planning/scheduling of short, medium and long-term activities.
i) Participate actively in the HSE Offshore programs/meeting in order that site production operations & Maintenance, Projects Integrity and well integrity operational functions are planned and safely conducted.
j) Play a key role in major projects interface activities.
k) Ensure the site O&M interests are fully represented/covered in all
