Resort Paramedic (EMT-I):
Role & Responsibilities:
•Render an effective, emergency and non emergency medical treatment to guests and staff members in and outside the Clinic setting.
•Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causesof personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
•Educate staff and guests on health issues.
•Ensure that incidents by which claims could be made against the Company are documented, investigated and followed up on.
•Ensure that the clinic is adequately stocked to deal with emergencies.
•Ensure that clinic’ medical equipments are in good condition and properly working.
•Ensure that all First Aid boxes on the resort are always in an appropriate condition as per the occupational health regulation set by OSHAS ( Occupational Health & Safety standards)
•Document and report any unsafe conditions or practices.
•Adhere to SOP's and medical scope of practice.
•Train resort staff for First Aid and Health Awareness training.
•Advise senior management of Health Risks within the resort and gave points on how effectively and economically deal with them.
•Involved in the updating of Standard Operating Procedures in the clinic.
Previous Role & Responsibilities
Scope: In my previous role as a Rescue Practitioner (RMA-I), I was required to handle day to day rescue and treatment of the sick and injured.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Render an effective, emergency and non emergency medical treatment.
