Seeking an opportunity with multi-national company to handle and to Provides expert legal advice to the Company and manages all legal questions and issues within the Company.

„«Provide expert legal advice to the company¡¦s senior management including the Managing Directors office, the Board of Directors and Department Managers on all aspects of the company¡¦s operations.
„«Reviews agreement to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies and objectives.
„«Prepares and/or reviews the preparation and negotiation of the contracts, agreements guarantees and other legal insurance documents.
„«Ensure that the Company operates fully within the law at all times with special references to its methods of business, its contractual relations, and its process of negotiation.
„«Drafts review and negotiate contractual arrangements, including those with contractors, customers, consultants, suppliers, shippers, Charterers, Buyers, Lenders, etc.
„«Develops standards agreements and reviews all agreements to ensure company is protected legally.

„«Marshalling and examining the law and facts pertinent to legal problems, in preparing legal documents and opinions, and in maintaining liaison with Management.
„«Provides Legal Opinion on all issues related employment Contracts, Company Personnel Policies and Procedures.
„« Reviews and comments on Liability & Indemnity clauses of contracts.
„«Reviews Insurance Policies and claims to defend the Company and/or resolve disputes.
„«Review, negotiate and approve the liability and insurance clauses under Joint Venture Agreements EPC Contracts, Production Sharing Agreement, and all other contracts entered into by the company.
