- More then 2 decades of years of experience in product development & quality control with reputed companies such as ORYX GTL, ENOC, MRPL, HPCL.
- Acting as Laboratory Manager when Laboratory Manager on leave.
- Deft in exploring and adopting modern technologies, managing QC/ R&D activities in computerized lab environment.
- Good knowledge of operational processes like Atmospheric & Vacuum distillation, Reformer, Hydrocracking, Hydrotreating, Merox treating, Visbreaker, Hydrogen plant, Boiler, Cooling water, Effluent treatment.
- In depth understanding of the quality management & control tools.
- Hands on experience in successfully commissioning 4 refinery laboratories.
- Managed the Pre installation, installation & commissioning of Octane Engine.
- Proficiency in requirement identification, selection, installation of various analytical/ special purpose equipments.
- Strong analytical & organizational experience with proven track of enhancing operational efficiencies and contributing towards organizational growth.
- Effective team building & management skills with proficiency in managing & training the workforce & updating them as per the latest industry trends & technologies.

Bachelor of Science, Degree (Chemistry) from Mumbai University with First Class (60%)

Master in Business Admistration (MBA) from IGNOU University, India. Waiting for Final semester results.

„X IQT Cetane Engine operation, maintenance and trouble shooting conducted by Stanhope Seta in London for 5 days
„X Octane Engine training in operation, standardisation & change over from RON to MON mode & vice versa by ATEEPE, France
„X Refinery Lab Training for Supervisor (1 month), Gujarat Refinery.

„X Jet fuel specification, test methods, significance & handling & storage conducted by Mr. Kurt Klauss (ASTM Member).

o Prepare costs reports on spare parts, labor and machines for resources planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
