Develop unfolded punching drawings based on part drawing.
Prepare operation and assembly drawings.
Developing CNC program for punching sheet metal parts and developing CNC Program for Bending Sheet Metal Parts.
Trouble shoot CNC programs and perform error corrections
Maintenance of tool – punch and die sets. Perform adjustment on punch and die sets to suit requirements. Perform Tool assembly
Monitoring sheet metal works to obtain error free parts.
Instructing and training CNC Punching machine and CNC bending machine operators.
Performing design corrections of sheet metal parts as per observations Instructing assembly personnel to equip them with better and easy methods of assembly.
Develop Bill of Materials for all Models
