MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Self motivated & innovative & team work

Directs the work of contracted Mechanical Technicians and carries out the skilled maintenance, overhaul and repair of Plant and equipment in their respective assigned Offsites area. Includes regular monitoring, disassembly, repair and reassembly of equipment, as well as implementation of modifications. 9 years experience of mechanical crafts and maintenance experience in Petrochemical, Refineries, Iron & Steel & Cement industries Plants Projects in India of varios distinations.
TURBINE: Maintenance of steam turbines commissioned by Mitsubishi Heavy industrial (Japan)of 71.4 X 5 MW and ANSALDO (Italy) of 81.44 X 2 MW make preventive R/M Capital overhauling of the turbine. Such as inspection of Rotor and Balding, maintenance of Journal Bearing. Thrust Bearing, Turbine driven oil pumps.
BOILERS: Preventive and break down maintenance of Dual fuel firing system as oil fired & Gas fired boiler supplied by Mitsubishi Heavy industrial (Japan) of 330 T/hr X 5 and Ansaldo (Italy) of 602 T/hr X 2. Carry out R/M of FD Fan, Air heaters, shoots blower, safety valves, act and bolero feed pump Air heater pneumatic motor drive unit act.
COMPRESSOR: Complete overhauling of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, single stage and multi stage and double acting act.
PUMPS: Maintenance of single stage and multi stage centrifugal pumps, Boiler feed pump, condensate extraction pump, hypocrisy pump, primary pump, and secondary pump, Brine recycling pump, blow down pump, Booster pump, vertical & split casing high pressure feed pumps act.
VALVES: Maintenance of high-pressure valves, FCV, PCV, Gate valve, Glob valve, Safety valve Self-acting valve and steam trap.
JOBS RESPONSIBILITY: Ensuring the normal operating equipments.
1. Getting P.T.W. Concerned department for maintenance.
2. Assist and Guide inspection team.
3. Maintaining good house keeping.
4. Guide the Machinist for machine shop activities.
5. Attend the maintenance meeting and safety training.
6. Making the detailed daily progress report.
7. Safe job plans and safety task Analysis.
8. Updating the History of machines.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Khurai, Madh - Pradesh, India. in June’ 1990.
BASIC ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Intermediate in Arts from Allahabad University, Allahabad,U.P. in 1993.

FIRE & SAFETY CLASSES ATTENDED IN S.W.C.C YANBU PLANTS:
Attend many safety classes which covered personals, others and industrial safety i.e.
Ø Uses of personal protective equipment.
Ø Fire prevention flighty system and different classes of fire and uses of different extinguishes.
Ø Safety on jobs.
· Working by PTW system for safety.
· Working on height.
· Working in chemical area.
As per your requirements of work, I can perform the work responsibilities on my long service experiences & good knowledge of theory & practical as well as I can also working all types of environment. That is why, I am an authorized licence holder on all round work in mechanical work field.
