1) Sending out material to the customer as and when required at the correct place & at the correct time
2) Identification of material immediatly after the receipt of the material.
3) Periodic stock taking of equipment.
4) Taking proper care of the material recd.
5) Storing material in the place allotted to each customer.
6) Sending report to the customer as & when the material is received & dispatched.
7) Sending closing balance reports to the customer every week so that they can
generate invoices & take the material as and when required.
