Position: Mechanical & piping site engineer.
Responsibilities:
•Supervising piping installation ( HVAC , Fire fighting ,brine piping ,back wash, back wash waste, filtered water , chemical cleaning , chemical dosing , oil piping, desalinated water, oily water piping , distillated oil piping ).
•Supervising equipment erection ( tanks , pumps , medium pressure turbines , modules , elements ,over head cranes , mono rails)
•Hydro test coordinator for all piping work in the water plant.
•Preparing and loading of the man power, materials and drawings for the extra work in the way not making conflict with the original work.
•During shut down work, preparing the necessary fundamentals to finish the work in the specified time.
•Making all necessary documentation and reports to give good back ground for my responsible direct manger.
•Controlling and organizing the man power to meet the schedule requirements.
•Dealing with the specs and the project requirements to hand over all the work to the quality control.

Company: TAV (Tepe Akfen construction&operation of airports).
Project: TB3 of Cairo Inter national Airport.
Owner: CAC (Cairo international airport company), Egypt.
Position: Quality control mechanical engineer.
Responsibilities:
•Work as a quality control piping engineer.
•Supervising piping installation (HVAC,FIRE FIGHTING,WATER SYSTEM).
•Coordination between site work and design office work according to priorities and Schedule.
•Coordination between mechanical work,electrical work,civil work and architectural work.
•Preparing documents related to domestic water,plumping,sewage and fire fighting system work to submit it to the employer.
•Checking piping work before handing it over to the consultants to achieve high quality according to standards complying with the specs.
•Supervising the erection of the equipments.
•Supervising piping installation of the caustic soda unit including plumbing fire fighting and sewage.
•Supervising equipment erection (tanks,pumps,evaporators,condensers,and all accessories)
•Cross over all punch list points.I was recommended to work as a shift engineer from the production department management).

I got BSC. OF MECHNICAL POWER ENGINEERING from Port-Said Suez Canal University with a degree passed in May-2004.
My project was Analysis of horizontal axis wind turbine (HAWT) determining the best angle for the blade to obtain the highest efficiency with different blade speed (force) of the affecting facing air, with excellent degree.
