Review and Approval of Piping and Instruments Diagrams (P&ID), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Mass & Energy Balances submitted by the Licensor which includes Natural Gas Processing Plant (NGPP), Propane Dehydrogenation Plant (PDH) and Utilities;
Engineering of Balance of Plant (BoP) in sync with Licensor requirements;
Preparation of RFQs (Request for Quote) for various Packages/Individual Equipments;
Evaluation of Technical bids;
