QHSE SUPERVISOR

To endorse knowledge and awareness to all workers and ensure implementation of safety procedure in compliance to project safety standards, and guide employees in maintaining safe attitude and impose corresponding penalty for violations committed.

Eleven ( 11 ) years in the promotion of Quality, Health, Safety Environmental ( QHSE) Programs including Environmental Management System (EMS) Safe Work Permit (SWP) analysis for every specific condition including Job Hazard / Safety Analysis (JSA) in all areas particularly in construction area and Process Plants. Total Safety Task Instruction ( TSTI ) before work start must be completed by the supervisor in – charge. Enforce supervisors//foreman’s Job Safety Analysis and Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Talk ( STARRT ).

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, TSTI ( Total Safety Task Instruction ). Investigate and report to the Project Management cases involving injury, fire, property damaged and harm to the environment. Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation in my judgement could cause death, injury or extensive damaged to property and environment and notify all concern for immediate correction of the hazards. Conduct Behavior Base Safety ( BBS ) analysis to the workers.

Has the capability and experience required to handle and manage all job related aspect of Safety, Health and Environmental Protection. Knowledgeable in the development and application of safety measures that are vital in the construction works and in an operating plant and grass root project. Capable to impose strict implementation of the company and client safety policy, project specific plan and relevant regulation on any project contracted by the company. Has the required leadership and ability to make work force comply with establish safe work practices prescribed by the client recognize safety codes and standards. Experience in multinational work force projects and shutdown works with stringent working condition. Familiar with Saudi Aramco standards regulations. Trained in the operation of safety equipment i.e. multi-gas monitors, self contain breathing apparatus, air purity test dragger detectors, sound level meter, GFCI tester, etc.

Has the competence to all aspect of safety designs and prevention procedures, producing safety awareness presentation and accident/incident root cause analysis.
