Achievements European Forces Swimming League (EFSL) Assistant Coach
This involved the teaching of swimming to children ageing from 8 - 16 years old of many nationalities draw from all the NATO countries. From basic swimming instruction to competitive taking 3 - 4 evenings per week and completive events across Europe most weekends during summer season.
Associated with this was assisting the head coach in the development of training programmes and distribution of this information to other coaching staff and checking their understanding in a large multi lingual & cultural society. The effectiveness of this showed with the team reaching very respectable league positions with the smallest number of swimmers.
