I was responsible for to manufacturing quality welding of pipe. Maintain all parameters as per PQR/WPQ on welding m/c shop floor equipments. Maintain all records for consumption of filler material, flux, etc, as per ISO requirement. And complete final inspection before dispatch. Also check liquid penetrate test and fluoroscopy interpretation

in pharmalab engineering Here my responsibilities are to do fabrication operation engineering inspection & Production activity. When received manufacturing drawing from design department. Check availability of material like plates, coils, pipes, rods, etc. it is not in stock then indent give to purchase dept as per project requirement, parallel select vendor or contractor as per strength of machinery and man power. After allotting job of different project & guide him for each activity for fabrication to complete project as per scheduled target up to dispatch clearance by client. Activity also done by me in present of client at out site.

• I was also gone for installation and commissioning of Gelatin plant with pipeline at M/s BIO CON INDIA KLIMITED 2 Months.
• Complain for some finishing related problem also solved by me in 1 KL reactor at Dr. Reddy¡¦s Lab Haydrabad (1 Week)
• Complain for corrosion problem inside of the mixing vessel shell and crack observed in btm dished end of the vessel its rectification by GTAW operation at TERUMO PENPOL LTD. TRIVENDRAMPURAM, KERAL. (15 DAYS)
