Supply of wet natural gas from three fields containing 20 wells.
„« To check and required tubing, casing, flow line pressure.
„« Maintain entire manifold header values in perfect operating condition.
„« Closely monitor and record DP across filters of separator, CTM & reboiler unit.
„« Routine checks & monitor all operation through SCADA.
„« Record the desired operating pressure, temp, dew point and different requisite in the GDU.
„« Testing all producing wells once in a fortnight or whenever necessary and record each and every parameter related to the well testing like gas flow rate, FTHP, CP, AP, LP.
„« Wellhead operations like diversion of the well, well inspection including check each and every valve should be smooth, operating condition, bean changes.
„« Start up and shut down of reboiler unit.
„« Weekly checking of PH of glycol, wet gas sample testing, calorific value testing.
„« Supply of dry gas to consumer.

„« To read PNID and PFD.
„« Routine check up of all process equipment.
„« Reporting all the abnormalities and failure to the control room and to take corrective measures.
„« Controlling and maintaining process parameter as per technical region.
„« Changeover of booster compressor.
„« Turbo expander.
„« Pressurization, depressurization and changeover of dryers.
„« Light up and quenching of regeneration gas heater.
„« Start-up and shutdown operation and emergency actions on power failure.
„« Trouble shooting of pumps.
„« Regular check over of fire & safety equipment for plant safety.
