„« To draw up in the exact time the social states declarations.
„« To contribute to the management of a mutual assistance.
„« To draw up the recruitment propositions.
„« To constitute to date the files and the cards of the personnel company.
„« To carry out the necessary formalities to benefit personnel company from the statutory advantages.
„« To prepare the establishment certificates, the certificates of end of training, the decisions of promotion and a functional employment nominations.

„« To provide to the accountancy service the personnel situation in end of the month.
„« To draw up and to carry out the training planning.

2004-2005: Master¡¦s Degree in Economic and Social Management (Human Resources Management) (INTES: Institut National de Travail et des Etudes Sociales) in Tunisia.
1999-2000: Baccalaureate Diploma.

TRAINING:

1 month of training in an oil company (SHELL) in the department of human resources.
3 months of training in an air condition company (MAK) as a commercial agent.
3 months of training in an International trade company (ELTC) as a commercial agent.
3 months of training in an International transport company (GTI) in the financial service.
2 months of training in the Tunisian company of oil activities (ETAP) in the financial service.
