Task:
• Detailed design review and verification for new building vessel which comply with MARPOL,SOLAS,COLREG,ILLC and for NON-CON vessel.
• Need to clarify all the new construction project at shipyard around Malaysia and mostly my job now is focus at Borneo.
• Monitor welder qualification test and review for welder procedure test.
- Welder Procedure Test ( WPT )
- Welder Qualification Test ( WQT ) for 3G,4G,5G and 6G
• Inspect all system on board include piping, machinery, ventilation and etc
• Monitor new construction for new vessel start from keel laying date until delivery.
• Issuances the classification certification after closed the entire outstanding job from shipyard.


2. May 2007- Aug 2007 -Marine Warranty Surveyor (OJT at Berkat Global Sdn Bhd)
Client - Petronas Carigali (PCSB)
Project – Transportation and Installation of offshore facilities
(Sumandak Phase 2 and Pipe Line Betty To Baronia)
Task:
• Detailed design review and verification for installation operations and procedure (loadout, lifting, transportation, launching, upending and on-bottom stability analyses) for topside modules, jackets and pipelines.
• Assigned project with Noble Denton Malaysia – Sumandak Loadout, Seafasting and Installation.
• Perform the lifting, loadout and transportation analyses for topsides modules (500MT) and jacket structures (700MT)
• Final verification at site for pre, during and post loadout inspection.
• Assisted in issuance the certificate for loadout and towing operations.
• Manage and approved tie down and towing arrangement.
