CMAS Project Coordinator and ICAN Regional Data base Administrator

Seeking a challenging career as a “Shift Supervisor/CMAS Coordinator/Technical Trainer/ICAN data base administrator” where I can utilize my education, experience in the oil and gas industry

Started carrier as Field Trainee with BP Pakistan E&P (formerly known as Union Texas Pakistan).
Fourteen years working experience on different Oil and Gas plants, in different roles and capacities that varies from operator to Supervisor.
At present I am working as Competency Management Assurance System (CMAS) Assessor, Verifier, Coordinator, Technical Trainer for operation staff & ICAN data base Regional Administrator. As an assessor I have to conduct the on site/plant assessment of operational staff on different plant installation, coach and assess them before assessment and finally conduct the assessments. Pin point gaps to management and make sure the familiarity of operational staff with training plans & procedures. Performing this role since November, 2007.

At present I 'm working as Competency Management Assurance System Coordinator and "ICAN Database” Regional Administrator and “Technical Trainer” and associated with BP Pakistan Exploration and Production Inc.
