Career Summary
With more than eleven years of Asset Integrity assessment experience for various Refinery, Gas Processing complex, offshore top side facilities of process and unmanned production platforms, for various clients such as Saudi Arabian Basic Industries Corporation(SABIC), Qatar Chemicals(QChem), Tecnimont(EPC), Oil and Natural gas Corporation(ONGC), Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL), Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), Oil India Limited (OIL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL).
Proven ability in RBI criticality analysis of critical equipments for Petrochemical plant, fertilizer and steel Industry of various affiliates in SABIC, Major fire and explosion Investigation, contributed a lot in repair, re-construction, fabrication, expert witness and re-certification of damaged equipments and piping after fire, actively involved in Turnaround Inspection of major Refinery units, Gas processing complex, offshore platforms, Intra Refinery under ground piping installation, Inspection and testing and Pipeline Integrity assessment with a demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Software experience includes Meridium Asset Performance Management(APM) SAP integrated enterprise solution tool for RBI Analysis meeting API 580 and 581 requirements, Inspection Strategy Management and Thickness Monitoring module, Work shop attended and familiarized with TWI Riskwise Software, Ultrapipe, TWI’s Crackwise software for fitness for service assessment as per BS 7910, familiarity with API 579, ASME B31 G(RSTRENG)/B 31.4/B31.8 and DNV RP F 101 methods for Pipeline Integrity Assessment.
