•Supervised & Verified the FEED of the integrated control and safety system (ICSS), prepared material requisitions and verified the scope of work for the ICSS and field instrumentation, introduced $200K cost saving from the $2M contract
•Managed interfaces between the onshore and offshore control system vendors, and accomplished significant time savings
•Supervised and verified the contractor detailed engineering against the industry standards; prepared project progress reports and mitigation plans
•Tested the ICSS and managed the design changes in ABB Automation Ltd, UK
•Planned and supervised the tie-ins and modifications to the existing facilities
•Supervised the construction, commissioning and erection of the ICSS

•Mandated a focal point for updating the subsea controls knowledge in the project
