Currently working as Piping Engineer on the world largest single train urea plant at Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd.
ENI INTERNATIONAL 2008 (INTERN BHIT GAS FIELD)
Internship was carried out in the Mechanical Maintenance Department of gas processing Plant at Bhit Gas field. The Project successfully completed was reliability enhancement of fin fan coolers of export gas compressors which eliminate the plant shut off problem due to fan breakdown.
TETRA PAK LTD 2007 (INTERN LAHORE)
Worked in the maintenance pillar of Tetra Pak and awarded as best intern award. Projects completed during internship include:
The calculations for the absorption chilling that can be produced using the exhaust of IC engines for power production.
PM analysis (an analytical tool that relates a Physical or mathematical model with Man, Machine, Method and Material involved in the breakdown) was carried out for the splice missing breakdown on the press rewind. The measures taken from the result of analysis reduced the break down to zero.
