Production workover supervisor

My objective is to get a better experience. I think that everyday I can meet more and more "problems" in this industry, which means more experience.

Since February 2006 I'm working as Workover Supervisor for PKKR Kazakhstan. Good contacts with Halliburton, Cracow, Shapagat, Zhanros companies.
In January –February 2006 I worked in Oman (Nimr field) as Rig manager (TSS contractor Romania) for Shaleem Petroleum Co.,

In August - September 2004 I worked in Syria as workover supervisor in Oudeh field for Dublin Petroleum Company. There I have been in good contacts with Shlumberger, Superior, SAPESCO, and SPC(Syrian Petroleum Company).


My responsibilities as workover supervisor are:
• To prepare & supervising the Daily Working Program and to send by email Daily Report and Final Report
• Safety inspection for Service Rig, equipments and workover crew - every day.
• Well completion technology
- RIH w/ TCP gun and Arrowset packer(Canadian) to evaluate the well parameters – flow rate on different size of choke, pressure, temperature, water cut, formation sand, fluid level
- RIH w/ DST valves into the gas injection wells and monitoring the pressure on the surface control panel
• Planning and supervising different types of workover jobs such as:
- fishing job for parted tubing(2 3/8”, 2 7/8”, 3 ˝”, 4 ˝” ) or other tubular BHA equipment with tubing spear, taper tap, taper box(die collar) fishing tap, spear
- fishing job for parted string - sucker rods(5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1”) with overshot body or coupling
- milling with lateral, frontal and polish mill
- bailing with sand line
- swabbing with sand line
- cleaning the bottom hole by sand or proppant w/ sand pump or power swivel
- cementing jobs on equilibrium or under pressure squeezing the slurry to the perforations
- set Arrowset and RTTS mechanical packers w/ tubing string or w/ tubing string and on-off connector
- Hydraulic fracturing using proppant and gel w/ Halliburton Co.
- run in the horizontal wells coiled tubing (Schlumberger and Superior) for acidizing and stimulation the reservoir
• Production and injection (water or gas) well design
• Hot oiling and hot watering down casing/tubing and into the flow line.
• Good foundation of experience on CPF and terminal operation (gathering and metering station, etc.)
• Recompletion tubing and insert pumps, PSP (progressing cavity pumps) – Moineau, KUDU PCP and ESP( Centrilift American ESP and Novomet Russian ESP).
Since 1988 till 2004 I worked for Petrom SA in a similar position
