Career Objective
to carry out QA activities pertaining to various mechanical works in both civil & mechanical packages of various construction projects.
Professional Experience
o Carrying out mechanical QA activities of 2x1000 MWe Nuclear power project under construction at Kudankulam, Tamilnadu state in India.
o Working experience in carbon steel, Stainless steel & other Alloy steel welding, internal & external corrosion protective coating inspections of sea water pump house structures and embedded parts.
o Responsible for all NDT’s pertaining to Fabrication of Embedded parts of civil structures, Monorail beams, Polar crane beams, support structures etc.
o Involved in the erection of various equipments in Nuclear system package.
o Responsible for all NDT’s pertaining to Fabrication & Erection of pipelines in Nuclear system & other safety related systems of mechanical package.
o Carried out various welder qualification jobs pertaining to the nature of job (category).
o Carried out assessment of Quality assurance Engineers, Supervisors and NDT operators from Contractor side.
o Incoming Material inspection of Equipments received from Russian Federation and third countries as part of Joint inspection.
o Knowledge in codes of ASME, ASTM, RUSSIAN & Indian standards.
o Knowledge in preparation of WPS, PQR & WPQ.
Eductation
Passed Bachelor of Technology Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government college of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, University of Kerala, Kerala state, India in the year 1998.
Certification
· ASNT & ISNT LEVEL-II IN PENETRANT TESTING FROM ISNT CHENNAI CHAPTER
· ASNT & ISNT LEVEL-II IN RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING FROM ISNT CHENNAI CHAPTER
· ASNT LEVEL-I & LEVEL-II IN ULTRASONIC TESTING FROM INSTITUTE OF TESTING TECHNOLOGIES, MAHIM, MUMBAI

Had been deputed to Russian Federation from 11.02.2007 to 10.07.2007 for carrying out Quality assurance of various equipments being manufactured their which were to be dispatched to India for Erection at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project.
