Al-Suwaidi Industrial Services offers grass root plant construction, plant revamp and modification, plant upgrade and expansion and de-bottlenecking for LSTK/EPC/LSPB type projects.

Responsible in the Checking of P&ID’s, PFD’s and other drawings for a new project.
Discussing with superiors in the selection of materials for fabrication of equipments & piping and as per clients requirements with proper codes.
Responsible in the preparation of Datasheets.
Calculation of Material & energy balance of the system.
Heat & Mass transfer calculations.
Operating process simulation software.
Interacting with Clients and Consultants to upgrade/making revisions as per the codes, comments and design approvals.
Reporting to Chief design engineer of the division.

Responsible in designing, costing & estimation of DM Plants, Filtration Plants, Softening Plants and RO Plants.
Responsible in the preparation of P&ID’s, PFD’s and GA layouts for a new project and getting approvals from Clients and Consultants.
Interacting with Clients and Consultants to upgrade/making revisions as per the codes, comments and design approvals.

Co-ordination in overall project from design & engineering, procurement to erection & commissioning and handing over of the plant to the client.
