Process Engineer and the head laboratory at the used lube oil re-refining plant:
Participate in the realization of daily instruction for the used oil re-refining plant.
The achievement of the daily material balance and the determination of the plant capacity.
The design of a new tubular exchanger for the cooling of 150 NR reflux.
Studying the plantfs operating parameters, including the up-dating of start up, shutdown and normal operating procedures as well as the control of qualities parameters. This process includes the following steps: Dewatering, gasoil stripping, vacuum distillation and fractionation.
Follow up the plant extension work, pre-commissioning and commissioning, from the revamping of the plant having insufficient availability: the installation of new equipments to the fractionation section, by the integration of a thin film evaporator and a feed pre-heater.
The realization of PFD, P&ID and the process book for a new regeneration plant in Saudi Arabia.
Laboratory head since Jun 2008: Laboratory analysis: using the ASTMD standards.
Participation in the current operations of the lubrication greases production workshop: follow-up the unitfs operation, updating the cooking diagrams, the control of qualities parameters.
2005: Chemical Engineer [Course member], GCT, Sfax,Tunisia
Training course and the realization of the final year project [PFE]: I have conducted a study aimed at improving the separation quality of Tri-Super Phosphate (TSP) dust by means of cyclone, which required the mass and thermal assessment of the TSP workshop. I have designed a new cyclone station in order to improve the operating cycle of the TSP production line, the separation capacity of dust and allow an easy maintenance.
2004: Chemical Engineer [Course member], GRANUPHOS, Sfax, Tunisia
Training course: I have participated in the installation of a new proportioning station to improve the quality of the NPK (Nitrogen/Phosphate/Potassium) products.
