As Petroleum Engineer, I started working for SONATRACH (National Oil Company) in 1985.
Since that I occupied many positions in well Operations Departement where I acquired extensive experience in different activities as:
Slick line operation supervision, Well testing, production and injection tests , Supervision and reporting Well Operations activities , Down Hole EMR gauges;
MPLT, Rig less operations (Coiled tubing stimulation, Nitrogen lifting, fishing,), Well completion and other rig operations.
From 2000 up to date, I’m working for Ourhoud Organization in south Algeria (an association between 7 international partners : Sonatrach, Cepsa, Anadarko, Agip, Conocco-Philips, Talisman and Mearsk).
The Ourhoud Field produces up to 240,000 BOPD assisted by Gas Lift and reservoir pressure support via water and gas injection.
As Senior Petroleum Engineer, I accomplished different wells activities as completion, field injectivity tests (to select field injectivity model) assist hydraulic frac. Specialist, field startup, coordinate and negotiate contract terms with service companies. All activities have been conducted in accordance to QHSE company policy. After that I was promoted as Logistics Manager in charge of:
Procedures Preparation, SOW and bids evaluation, Contract and Budget Management,
Warehouse Organization (re-order spare parts through Min/Max system).
Support Drilling, Wells and Maintenance Departments in terms of material procurement and logistics.

- Petroleum Engineer diploma from National Institute of Hydrocarbon and Chemistry (INHC Algeria) - 1985
- Executive MBA from High Commercial Studies School (EDHEC France) - 2007

Petroleum Engineer with over 22 years of practical experience in oil and gas industry with good skills in:
• Well operations program and planning.
• Well Operations supervisor: (well testing, CT, Slick line, E-Line, well completion and Work over).
• Gas -lift allocution and nodal analysis
• Contract process: Opportunity, strategy, SOW, bid evaluation, recommendation,
• Preparation and control of budget.
