Job Description:
• Monitoring the process pipeline installation, inspection of the implemented works and compliance of workmanship with Project requirements.
• Monitoring the process of construction/installation works at the initial stage of construction
• Monitor all the schedules activities as per planned against actual in line with project agreement.
• Ensure that projects adhere to all policies and procedures that are carried out in such a way as to minimize risk.
• Evaluate variation proposal for additional / variation work.
• Monitoring of construction work quality and safety performance.
• Ensure proper project filing and records.
• Lead, develop and motivate assigned staff to ensure they are aware of and capable of meeting their accountabilities.
• Assist for blasting procedure and controlling the work operation with ARAMCO blasting unit
• Control of the work implementation as per the Design Specifications and requirements of the construction norms and standards of Saudi ARAMCO.

Job Description:
During this period I’ve gained experience in the Mechanical oilfield construction services such as:

• Collate input from other relevant sections & prepare the two-weeks look ahead.
• Monitor development of all deliverables against management control parameters and criteria based on the Contract documents and project procedures.
• Liaison with the construction superintendent, to generate all Requests for information (RFI), Deviation Requests & keep up to date of all technical changes on the project.
• Monitoring the installation of the casing for the new 20” p/l into the existing 28” P/L at 9 different Locations.
• Assist development of commissioning plans
• Monitoring the hydro-testing and draining of the process pipeline.
• Manage team planning, risk management, quality and safety to support the effective functioning of the team.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Solving technical construction problems for piping and supports.
