Responsible for Editing and new Configurations, new builds (Configuration Logic Drawings of DCS) and commissioning for Distributed Control System (DCS - Bailey INFI-90) and for numerous PLCs, Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation and Speed Governor (TSI & DEHC systems), Absolute Steam Turbine overhaul (323 x 4 MW capacity), Absolute Boiler overhaul (1000 x 4 tons / hour capacity).
Plant’s Analytical instrument’s new installations, commissioning, calibrations and fault rectifications are also the part of my job routines.
Day to day preventive / Predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, new projects for betterment of plant and other related Aspects.
