Job Profile :
• Execute assigned work in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, applicable Project Procedures and Standards, and/or Project Procedures on Health Safety and Quality Control Environment, within the man hour and cost budgets and the project schedule targets.
• Site Survey and taking measurements, quantities for existing civil/ steel structures and electro mechanical items.
• Review the project execution schedule developed by the Cost and Planning Department and to develop the detailed schedule for Civil Engineering and Design activities.
• Specially expertise in Oil, Gas & Power Sector project RCC Design, Drawing Detailing all types of Civil / Structural Foundations as per International Code and standards,
• Familiar in International Code and standards ACI, AISC, ASTM, BS, ASCE, IS, SCI, ASME,ANSI,OISD,API, Saudi ARAMCO Standards and client specification.
• Review and preparation of Material & Re-Bar Scheduling, Bill of Quantities, Civil works Quantity Surveying, Progress & Final Billing, Documentation Control, Estimation, Measurement, and Generate of work progress schedule, Micro Planning, Project Supervision.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity and Budget cost at pre tender stage of project.
