DETAIL:-

December 07 to Present Eni Pakistan (Gas Exploration & Purification):-

 Working in Eni Pakistan (Italian Company) Gas exploration and Purification, reprocessing plant in Bhit Field (production more than 320 MMSCFD) working as a Production Technician M-1

 I was assigned for the errection & commissioning of TR-3 and I completed it. Totally errection of Dehydration Adsorbbers, Slug Catcher, Pig Receiver,and all other associated vessels and equipment of TR-3. I worked very safely at new TR-3 for all civil, mechanical jobs, Air, Nitrogen purging gas line up, total start up of TR-3.

 I have worked in SAFCO-4 World Largest Ammonia Plant in Saudi Arabia for 01 year.


2001 to 2006 Engro, Daharki (Ammonia Plant)

Steam turbine/ Motor pumps, BFW heavy duty pumps with dereator. Centrifugal reciprocating Compressors, Fin Fans, Blowers, Engines, Heat Exchangers, Absorbers, Flushing, Air Steam, Blowing of Process Piping.

• 2 years Apprentice ship in process operation from Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited Daharki.

Responsible for safe and efficient operation of the unit to achieve production objective. To monitor and keep all operating parameters in range as per operating guide lines. To ensure compliance of the operating guide lines and standing instruction issued by the Unit Manager. To follow up for routine and special sampling at site and lab. Tracking and updating chemical inventories/ consumption records. To assist the shift supervisor in routine jobs and officiate him in the delegated jobs. Responsible for the normal operation/ start up / shut down/ trouble shooting/ emergency handling of the unit.

Accomplishments:-

 Participated many turnarounds. Did several start up/ shut down.
 Handling a number of emergencies like utilities (Power, Steam, Cooling Water, Instrument Air) failures.
 Process upsets, Equipment and instrument malfunction etc. developed operating procedure updated P & ID’s. Did safety audits. Worked as a safety facilitator with safety department at times. Participated in HAZOP
 Prepared technical presentation. Won the annual safety trophy for “D” Level committee and monthly house keeping trophy. Took part in Dry run and actual emergencies
