Work Experience:
Royal Scientific Society (Jordan / 2008).
Chemical Analyst

-My Responsibilities were:
Testing samples of paints, petroleum oil, detergents, fertilizers, tooth paste, certain analysis to make sure that the amount of certain elements match what's written on the sample pack.

Paints lab :
In this lab we were concerned to do tests on paints like bending tests, humidity tests, shining tests and other tests that are performed on paints.


Lubricants and petroleum lab :
The lab is specialized with chemical and physical testing that are performed on petroleum products these tests are foaming, flash point, pour point, viscosity, water content, lead content, distillation and many other tests.


Spectroscopy lab:
I was involved with analyzing samples to identify what kind of elements are there, we used ICP(Inductive Plasma Coupling ) in addition of using Hg vapor and carbon furnace to identify the component of the samples and by using different devices we see the difference between devices sensitivity.


X-Ray Lab:
It was almost the same of spectroscopy but the difference is in the device sensitivity.
Textile & Cigarettes Lab:
We've tested the kind of textile and the percentage of nicotine and carbon mono oxide in cigarettes.


GC Lab:
We used the technique of gas chromatography & HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography) to separate & identify the components of the samples
