Professional Experience
I was hired as a Technology Support Engineer in Fujitsu Philippines since June 3, 2002 until July 30,2008. Initially, I had undergone a 6-month bootcamp training for basic IT concepts and soft skills. After I passed the training, I was assigned in the Symantec Antivirus at GSIS, one of our clients. After that, I was assigned as a Servicedesk and field engineer for McDonald's Philippines client doing phone and onsite support for fault calls, store openings, manager and crew trainings, mall connectivity, data transmission, menu item programming and other special projects, where I had a total of 4 years and 8 months of professional experience. After that, I was assigned to handle the LAN Management Systems installations and maintenance support for our telco and call center clients involving Solarwinds, CiscoWorks, Cisco Secure ACS and Netscout products.
Eductation
I graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila), Philippines last April 2002. I was a consistent academic city scholar and belonged to the top 5% of the graduating class.
