Job Description:
Responsible for optimizing of all equipment’s in Inkjet Cartridge Circuit Assembly, establishing and implementing preventive maintenance procedures and revisions, improve equipment uptime, maintain spare parts management, provide training to equipment technicians on machine operation and maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Performs scheduled Preventive Maintenance of Novaline
and Lambda STEEL laser tools and other equipment’s involved in the process.
Responsible for the alignment, testing, and troubleshooting of KrF Excimer lasers.
Performs Microlas optics positioning and alignment in the beam delivery system of Cox Automation Machine.
Interface outside supplier/vendor on equipment related issues and improvements
Participates foreign and in-house equipment buy-off and acceptance.
Coordinates with other departments/sections concerning technical issues related to product.
Implements modification projects to improve equipment reliability.
Performs Fluorine bottle replacement and Leak testing with suitable PPE worn.
Supports installation, set up and debugging of new equipment.
